About PGC
Penang Global Campus is an international branch campus: students graduate with the degree of the home university abroad, having studied in Malaysia at a substantially lower total cost. Curriculum, assessment standards and quality assurance follow the home institution.
The campus offers a transfer option, allowing eligible students to complete part of the programme at the home campus. Strengths are engineering, computer science, business and biotechnology, supported by Penang's manufacturing and electronics sector.

Bachelor's entry follows the home university's published requirements, with recognised equivalencies for international qualifications. Master's entry requires a relevant bachelor's degree meeting the stated classification.
