Common questions
Questions students ask us first
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer it before you apply than after.
Yes. The first counselling session carries no charge and no obligation. It exists so we can understand your academic background, budget and timeline, and so you can decide whether you want to work with us. Service fees, where they apply, are explained in writing before anything is agreed.
We start from your academic record, your budget including living costs, your English level and your intended career direction — then filter to institutions where you are genuinely eligible. If a university you have named is not realistic for your profile, we will say so and explain why rather than submitting an application that is likely to fail.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Admission decisions rest with universities and visa decisions rest with government authorities. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, accurate, submitted on time and directed at institutions where your profile fits.
For most destinations, nine to twelve months before your intended intake. Finland is the strictest case — the main application round closes in January for an August start. Malaysia is the most flexible, with up to six intakes a year. Starting early rarely costs anything and frequently changes what is available to you.
